Each 2-hour session places students in the role of an investigator, where they must:

  • Apply Advanced Math Concepts: Use fractions, perimeter, area, multi-digit operations, and elapsed time in strategic, real-world scenarios.
  • Decode Sophisticated Language Puzzles: Tackle compound words, homophones, letter patterns, and wordplay rooted in logic and vocabulary.
  • Analyze Complex Texts: Extract relevant information from multi-page mystery stories, distinguishing evidence from red herrings and narrative distractions.
  • Practice Deductive Logic: Use systematic reasoning and formal elimination strategies to arrive at well-supported conclusions.
  • Synthesize Multiple Information Sources: Integrate clues from math problems, linguistic riddles, and narrative elements to solve high-level cases.
