The majority of university programs, including Waterloo Engineering, University of Toronto Engineering, McMaster Health Science, Queen’s Commerce, Schulich School of Business, Rotman School of Management, Ivey School of Management, and generally all U.S. schools, require some form of video interview?

These typically involve a short series of online questions that are unique and timed, along with submitted essays. This workshop is designed to prepare you for just that! It can be taken alone or as a complement to our comprehensive university application program, providing two weekends of realistic interview simulations, direct feedback, and valuable experience.

• Learn to structure your answers with a Clear Point, Context, and Conclusion.
• Practice crafting concise and impactful responses with real-world examples.

Strategies for Spontaneous Thinking

• Learn techniques to remain composed, like Brain Power’s proprietary Mindful Pause and Mental Visualization
• Practice and receive instant feedback in activities like our proprietary Rapid Response Relay

Handling Unexpected Questions

• Tackle curveball and abstract questions using strategic approaches.
• Participate in the Curveball Challenge to apply these techniques creatively.

Final Tips and Circuit Simulation

• Engage in a circuit of 3-5 questions and two timed essays to simulate the real interview experience, complete with personalized feedback.
