MARCH 30TH, 2018

Two of Brain Power’s Public Speaking students won top places in the 2018 Speakers Idol competition (in Ontario)! This year’s contestants were asked to reflect on Simon Wiesenthal’s statement that “Freedom of speech is not freedom to propagate hatred.” Our very own Sam Gorman and Cora Usurelu (pictured below) placed FIRST and SECOND in the competition (respectively)! In March, YorkRegion.com/The Vaughan Citizen published an article on two of Brain Power’s Public Speaking students who were set to compete in the finals of  the 2018 Speaker’s Idol competition (in Ontario) later that month.
