On November 20, 2019, our Brain Power Public Speaking students had an amazing field trip to Speaker Slam! Brain Power Public Speaking student Daniel Khazin rocked the stage in front of an audience of 600+ people! He’s 15 years old, and he impressed everyone with his speech (standing ovation!) on the assigned theme: “Conquer.” Daniel wrote the following to our founder, Dr. Karine Rashkovsky:

“Thank you so much for providing me with an amazing experience and being an amazing mentor to me. I had a blast yesterday at Speaker Slam. Thank you so much for your dedication and support!”

In the main competition, Dang Nguyen won the grand prize, and he is now Canada’s #1 Inspirational Speaker. Dang was an inspiration to all in attendance!

He came to speak to Brain Power Public Speaking students in November, and he wrote a very kind thank you note to Karine for the mentorship and coaching she provided before his big win.
